This is a Motorola XTL5000 Model: M20SSS9PW1AN Radio Front Panel Motorola ASTRO - we tried to test it with several original chargers, but it does not power on, sold strictly for parts / AS IS / HOW is etc - no assumptions please, see ALL pictures - oh but I thought... Good luck, you must know what you're doing, otherwise it came from one of those lots of municipal usage, ask any questions if you'd like to find out of more like this or portables, we keep getting them in small batches.
