Designed for use in Hazmat detection, soil headspace screening, and confined space entry, MicroFID II flame ionization detector provides measurements over an operating range of 0.1 to 50,000 ppm VOCs, to better define the severity of a monitored hot zone.
MicroFID II integrates a metal hydride hydrogen fuel cylinder that allows up to 70 hours of continuous use at very low pressure (80 psi) to maximize field operation up-time. Detection data can be displayed on an optional PDA and uploaded to a PC through its built-in Bluetooth wireless interface. Also available with an optional telescoping probe for fast, reliable VOC measurement.
